Refund/Return Policy
Endless Cultivation ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing healthy, accurately represented plant material to qualified customers. Because our products include live plants, clones, teens, ready-to-flower plants, and tissue culture materials, all orders are handled as perishable agricultural products.
1. Eligibility
Products are available only to customers who are legally permitted to purchase, receive, possess, and cultivate the products ordered. Customers are responsible for maintaining any licenses, permits, or approvals required by applicable law.
2. Final Sale Items
Due to the perishable nature of live plant material, all sales are final once an order has been picked up, delivered, shipped, transferred, or otherwise accepted by the customer or the customer's authorized representative.
We do not accept returns of live plants, clones, teens, ready-to-flower plants, tissue culture materials, or other biological products after transfer of custody.
3. Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us promptly after pickup, delivery, or receipt. Please include your name, order details, a description of the issue, and clear photos or supporting documentation where applicable.
Reported issues may include:
- Incorrect product or strain supplied
- Material damage visible at time of pickup, delivery, or receipt
- Missing items from an order
- Other order fulfillment errors
We will review reported issues in good faith. If we determine that an issue was caused by our handling or fulfillment, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, credit, partial refund, or other appropriate resolution.
4. Conditions Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for plant performance, crop outcomes, loss, stress, disease, pest exposure, mishandling, environmental conditions, cultivation practices, transportation delays after customer-arranged pickup, or any other conditions outside our control after transfer of custody.
Customers are responsible for proper transport, acclimation, storage, sanitation, and cultivation practices after receiving plant material.
5. Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made before an order is prepared, scheduled, shipped, delivered, or made available for pickup. We may not be able to cancel orders that are already in progress or prepared for fulfillment.
6. No Guaranteed Results
Any strain information, THC ranges, flowering times, yields, terpene information, effects, or other product details are provided for general informational purposes only. Actual results may vary based on genetics, environment, cultivation method, handling, testing methodology, and other factors.
