This Shipping Policy explains how Endless Cultivation ("we," "us," or "our") handles pickup, delivery, and shipment of eligible products.

1. Shipping and Delivery Eligibility

Products are available only where permitted by applicable law and only to customers who are legally authorized to purchase, receive, possess, and cultivate the products ordered. Customers are responsible for confirming that their order complies with all applicable federal, state, local, and regulatory requirements before placing an order.

We may refuse, cancel, or delay any order if we cannot verify eligibility, licensing, shipping permissibility, delivery availability, or compliance requirements.

2. Local Pickup and Delivery

For traditional clones, teens, ready-to-flower plants, and other live plant products, fulfillment may be limited to approved pickup or delivery arrangements. Pickup and delivery details must be confirmed with Endless Cultivation before fulfillment.

Customers or authorized representatives may be required to provide valid identification, licensing information, order confirmation, or other documentation before transfer.

3. Tissue Culture Shipping

Certain tissue culture products may be eligible for shipment depending on destination, product type, customer qualifications, and applicable law. Shipping availability is not guaranteed for every product or location.

Shipping times, carrier availability, packaging requirements, and delivery estimates may vary. Any shipping estimate is provided for planning purposes only and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

4. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate order, contact, license, shipping, and delivery information. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, refused shipments, or order issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer information.

5. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer when the order is picked up, delivered, transferred to the customer or authorized representative, or tendered to the carrier, as applicable.

Because live plant and tissue culture materials are sensitive to time, temperature, handling, and environmental conditions, customers should inspect shipments promptly and follow any handling instructions immediately upon receipt.

6. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, regulatory review, inspection, customer availability, incorrect information, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate available updates when possible.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or appears incorrect, contact us promptly with your order details, delivery information, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue under our Refund/Return Policy.
